Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and SignJunction ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") concerning your access to and use of our website and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Our Services

SignJunction provides LED signboard manufacturing, design, installation, and maintenance services across India. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Custom LED signage design and manufacturing
  • Professional installation services
  • Maintenance and repair services
  • Consultation and project planning

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

2. User Obligations

By using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use our services for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
  • Respect intellectual property rights
  • Maintain the confidentiality of any account credentials

3. Quotations and Orders

Quotations: All quotations provided by SignJunction are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. Quotations are subject to change based on material costs, project specifications, and other factors.

Orders: An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a signed agreement and the required advance payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Custom Orders: Custom signage orders are non-refundable once production has commenced.

4. Payment Terms

  • Advance Payment: A minimum advance payment of 50% is required to commence production
  • Balance Payment: The remaining balance must be paid before installation or delivery
  • Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, cheques, and digital payments
  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest charges at 2% per month
  • GST: All prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated

5. Delivery and Installation

Delivery Timeline: We strive to meet agreed-upon delivery dates, but timelines are estimates and not guarantees. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will not be liable for such delays.

Installation: Professional installation services are available across India. The client must ensure proper site access, electrical connections, and necessary permissions for installation.

Site Conditions: The client is responsible for ensuring safe working conditions at the installation site. Additional charges may apply for difficult site conditions or locations.

6. Warranty and Guarantees

Product Warranty: We provide a warranty on materials and workmanship as specified in your order agreement. Warranty periods vary by product type and are clearly stated in your contract.

Warranty Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Improper use or maintenance
  • Acts of nature (lightning, floods, earthquakes, etc.)
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Normal wear and tear

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignJunction shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Damages exceeding the total amount paid for the services

8. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SignJunction and is protected by intellectual property laws.

Client Content: You retain ownership of any designs, logos, or content you provide to us. By providing such content, you grant us a license to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Portfolio Rights: We reserve the right to photograph completed projects and use them for marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation Before Production: Orders may be cancelled before production begins with a cancellation fee of 10% of the order value.

Cancellation After Production: Once production has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled, and advance payments are non-refundable.

Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15-30 business days to the original payment method.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to arbitration in accordance with Indian law, with the jurisdiction being in Surat, Gujarat, India.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Surat, Gujarat, India.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
